NYSE Amex LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Update Fidelity Bond Requirements
NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to delete NYSE Amex Equities Rule 319, which addresses Fidelity bond requirements, and adopt a new rule text substantially similar to FINRA Rule 4360, effective immediately.
