NYSE Adopts New Rule Replacing Fidelity Bond Requirements with FINRA Similarity

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to delete its existing rule 319 and its interpretation regarding Fidelity bond requirements, replacing it with a new rule text substantially similar to FINRA rule 4360, which will take effect immediately.
