Rescission of Workforce Investment Act Regulations

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is rescinding regulations implementing the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs at the national, state, and local levels. The move comes after the repeal of Title I of WIA by Congress in 2014, which led to the closure of all remaining grant funding under the program.
