NYSE Arca, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change to Enhance Order Audit Trail System
NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to FINRA to implement recent changes to rules 7440 and 7450, and to amend rule 5320 to require ETP holders to report to the Order Audit Trail System, while implementing information barriers to protect sensitive data.
