NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks to Expand Passive Liquidity Orders to All Users

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to make passive liquidity orders available to all users of exchange-listed securities, regardless of whether a lead market maker is assigned to the security.
