BATS Exchange, Inc. Seeks to Modify Rules to Allow Attribution of Orders

BATS Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to modify its rules, Rule 11.9 and Rule 21.1, to allow for the optional attribution of orders, effective immediately.
