U.S. Department of Labor Proposes Revisions to Section 503 Regulations

The U.S. Department of Labor proposes to revise its implementing regulations for Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, to better align with recent court decisions and executive orders, including Executive Order 14173 and Executive Order 14219.
