MSRB Extends SEC Review Period for Proposed Broker-Dealer Rule Changes

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has issued a notice designating a longer period for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to review proposed rule changes related to broker's brokers, books and records, record retention, and transaction execution. The proposed rule changes aim to enhance the duties of dealers using broker's brokers' services.
