NYSE Arca Extends Low-Price Option Transactions Until May 31, 2013

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to extend its program allowing option transactions at prices below $1 per contract until May 31, 2013. The program currently allows for such transactions until that date.
