SEC Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies to Hold Public Meeting

The Securities and Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies will hold a public meeting on June 8, 2012, to discuss provisions of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act and other matters affecting small and emerging companies.
