NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Allow Swap Agreements for ProShares ETFs

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to allow the use of swap agreements under limited circumstances for the ProShares VIX Short-Term Futures ETF and the ProShares VIX Mid-Term Futures ETF, which are listed and traded on the NYSE Arca exchange.
