SEC Adopts Rules for Security-Based Swap Clearing and Notice Filing Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting new rules under the Dodd-Frank Act to specify the process for clearing agencies to submit security-based swaps for review and to require notices of proposed changes to be filed with the Commission.
