U.S. International Trade Commission Spares Certain Authentication Systems from Investigation Review

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement that ended an investigation into certain authentication systems, including software and handheld electronic devices, following an initial determination by an administrative law judge.
