U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Electronic Imaging Devices
The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into electronic imaging devices following a complaint filed by FlashPoint Technology, Inc. on behalf of itself, alleging patent infringement by certain manufacturers.
