U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Emcore Corporation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into Emcore Corporation, issuing a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order due to a violation of section 337, and has directed Emcore to stop exporting certain optoelectronic devices and components.
