U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Encapsulated Integrated Circuit Devices
The U.S. International Trade Commission has concluded that Alcatel-Lucent, Intel, and others have not infringed on a patent related to encapsulated integrated circuit devices, thus terminating the investigation.
