U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Vizio's Flat Panel Digital Televisions and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Vizio, Inc. following a complaint filed on July 16, 2010, alleging patent infringement by the company's flat panel digital televisions and components, as required by section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
