U.S. International Trade Commission Declines to Review Initial Decision on Electronic Paper Towel Dispensing Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial decision by an administrative law judge that allowed the complainants to modify their complaint and investigation, correcting the names of the respondent companies and adding new respondents.
