U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Semiconductor Chip Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination granting the complainant's motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in a large-scale integrated circuit semiconductor chip investigation.
