Invacare Corporation Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Adjustable-Height Beds Patent Infringement

Invacare Corporation has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on its patents for adjustable-height beds, and is seeking an investigation and exclusion orders to stop the infringement.
