U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Patent Infringement Allegations by Spansion LLC

Spansion LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on its patents for flash memory chips. The complaint seeks an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
