U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Liquid Crystal Display Devices for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Chimei Innolux Corporation, Chi Mei Optoelectronics U.S.A., Inc., and Innolux Corporation, alleging patent infringement of certain liquid crystal display devices and products interoperable with the same, as stated in a complaint filed on August 23, 2010.
