U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Liquid Crystal Display Devices from France and New Jersey

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into liquid crystal display devices from France and New Jersey, following a complaint filed by Thomson Licensing SAS and Thomson Licensing LLC, alleging patent infringement and seeking exclusion orders and cease and desist orders
