U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Gaming and Entertainment Console Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into complaints filed by Motorola Mobility and General Instrument Corporation alleging that certain gaming and entertainment console imports infringe on multiple U.S. patents, including the `712 patent, `571 patent, `896 patent, `596 patent, and `094 patent. The investigation aims to determine whether an exclusion order should be issued to prevent the importation of these infringing products.
