RC2 Corporation Receives Provisional Acceptance of Settlement Agreement and Order from the Commission
The Commission has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with RC2 Corporation, imposing a $1,250,000 civil penalty, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register.
