Pro-Pac Distributing Corp. Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Pro-Pac Distributing Corp., imposing a $125,000 civil penalty, and will publish it in the Federal Register.
