FCC Extends Jurisdictional Separations Freeze Until June 30, 2011

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment to extend the freeze on part 36 category relationships and jurisdictional cost allocation factors used in jurisdictional separations until June 30, 2011, in order to provide stability for carriers and avoid imposing undue burdens during the process of comprehensive reform.
