Petition for Reconsideration Filed in FCC Rulemaking Proceeding for Satellite Earth Station Procedures

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received two petitions for reconsideration of its rules governing the use of satellite earth stations on board vessels in specific frequency bands. Petitions and oppositions must be filed by April 29, 2010, and replies to oppositions must be submitted within 10 days after the opposition filing deadline.
