Comment Sought on Measurement of Mobile Broadband Network Performance and Coverage

In this document, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (Bureau) seeks to gather additional information on the performance of mobile broadband services. The Bureau seeks comment on whether and how to pursue a measurement program for mobile broadband services given the growing significance of mobile internet access. Additionally, the Bureau seeks comment on how providers can improve voluntary self- reporting of network performance and coverage.
