FCC Extends Construction Deadline for Broadband Radio Service Licenses

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has modified the construction deadline for new initial Broadband Radio Service (BRS) licenses, allowing licensees to demonstrate substantial service four years after license grant, rather than on or before May 1, 2011.
