FCC Clarifies Communications Providers' Rights Under Section 224 of the Act

The Federal Communications Commission has issued a Declaratory Ruling that confirms communications providers have the statutory right to use cost-saving techniques and timely access to poles, as allowed under Section 224 of the Act, a key component of the National Broadband Plan for Our Future.
