Federal Communications Commission Amends Rules for Amateur Radio Service Communications During Disaster Drills

The Federal Communications Commission has updated its rules to allow amateur radio operators to send messages during government-sponsored or non-government emergency drills, regardless of their affiliation with participating entities.
