FCC Proposes Implementation of STELA Provisions for Digital TV Signal Reception

The Federal Communications Commission proposes to implement provisions of the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act of 2010, requiring the development of a predictive model to determine the ability of individual locations to receive digital television signals. The Commission aims to complete its rulemaking within 270 days.
