FCC to Auction FM Construction Permits on March 29, 2011, Seeks Public Comment on Competitive Bidding Procedures

The FCC is auctioning off FM construction permits on March 29, 2011, and is seeking public comment on the competitive bidding procedures for the auction. The auction, known as Auction 91, will feature the sale of certain FM construction permits.
