Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Seeks to Refresh the Record on Closed Captioning Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is updating its record on closed captioning rules, 10 years after the last review, to reflect new technologies and address concerns raised in 2005 and 2008 proposals.
