The Audio Division of the FCC dismissed Shamrock Communications' petition to allot Channel 291C at Silverpeak, Nevada, as the community's first local transmission service due to spacing requirements not being met for FM services, following a prior dismissal of a similar proposal at Amargosa Valley, Nevada.
