Commission Dismisses Arizona Western College's Petition for Rulemaking on DTV Channel Allotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition filed by Arizona Western College, which requested that the FCC amend the pre-transition DTV Table of Allotments to allot digital channel 24 at Yuma, Arizona, as the DTV transition is now complete and the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments has replaced the pre-transition table.
