FCC Dismisses TV Stations' Rulemaking Petition for Analog Channel Reallotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition by TV 6, LLC, and Kaleidescope Foundation Inc. to reallot their analog channels from Vernal, Utah, and Ely, Nevada, to Santaquin, Utah, and Caliente, Nevada, respectively, due to the DTV Delay Act's termination of full-power TV licenses by June 13, 2009.
