FCC Amends Rules for International Telecommunications Service

The Federal Communications Commission has modified its rules to partially grant the North American Submarine Cable Association's request for reconsideration, while affirming the existing report and order that applies the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 to cable landing licenses.
