Navistar Agrees to Settlement with EPA Over Clean Air Act Disputes

Navistar, Inc. has proposed a settlement agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to resolve lawsuits filed over the agency's regulations on new heavy-duty motor vehicles and engines, as well as guidance on diesel engine manufacturing and maintenance.
