EPA Releases Data for CAIRNOX New Unit Set-Aside Allowance Pools for Delaware and DC

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is making available to the public emissions data and other information for the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) Federal Implementation Plan's new unit set-aside allowance pools for Delaware and the District of Columbia. The data is based on the CAIRNOX Annual Trading Program's allocation determinations, which were made by the Administrator under the CAIR FIPs.
