EPA Reopens Comment Period for Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule revising the 2008 Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program (RRP) rule by 30 days, following its initial announcement in the Federal Register on May 6, 2010.
