Oregon Authorized to Administer Lead-Based Paint Renovation and Education Programs

The State of Oregon has been granted authorization by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to administer and enforce lead-based paint renovation and pre-renovation education programs, effective May 3, 2010. The EPA is seeking public comment on these programs for 45 days, with an opportunity to request a public hearing within the first 15 days.
