EPA Approves Wisconsin's Redesignation of Manitowoc and Door Counties for Ozone Attainment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Wisconsin's requests to redesignate the Manitowoc County and Door County areas as attaining areas for the 1997 8-hour ozone standard, meeting the Clean Air Act requirements, following the submission of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources' (WDNR) requests on September 11, 2009.
