EPA Seeks Public Input on Petition to Revise Marine Sanitation Device Performance Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a petition from Friends of the Earth and another request to revise the performance standards for marine sanitation devices, which are used to treat vessel sewage on navigable waters.
