EPA Seeks Comments on Renewal of Asbestos Abatement Worker Protection ICR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a proposed renewal of its Information Collection Request (ICR) 1246.11, which is set to expire on January 31, 2011, and is related to asbestos abatement worker protection. The ICR, which is controlled by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under control number 2070-0072, will be submitted for review and approval before its expiration date.
