EPA Cancels Registrations of Pesticide Containing Monosodium Methanearsonate (MSMA) Due to Voluntary Requests
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for products containing the pesticide monosodium methanearsonate (MSMA), following voluntary requests from registrants to cancel these product registrations, as mandated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The decision was made after the EPA did not receive any comments on the request within the 30-day comment period.
