EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) that update emission inventory reporting requirements and ensure conformity of federal actions with the plan, allowing for electronic reporting consistent with the Cross Media Electronic Reporting Rule.
