EPA Announces Final Agency Action on TMDL for Arkansas Waters Under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken final action on a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for a water body in Arkansas, in response to a lawsuit filed by environmental groups, as required by the Clean Water Act (CWA). The TMDL was completed after a lengthy process and can be viewed on the EPA's website at http://www.epa.gov/region6/water/npdes/tmdl/index.htm.
