Rhode Island Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Rhode Island's revised hazardous waste management program, which aligns with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
